2. Bookings & Reservations
- Tables can be booked online, by phone, or by email.
- Please arrive on time — we’ll hold your table for 15 minutes before releasing it.
- Groups of 20+ should contact us directly at info@mary-lous.co.uk.
- We may ask for a deposit for larger groups, which is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice.
3. Parties & Events
- Special events (e.g. karaoke nights, live gigs, seasonal parties) may require advance tickets or deposits.
- Event details, timings, and line-ups may be subject to change.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or service if behaviour gets too wild (Mary Lou loves a party, but there are limits).
4. Food & Drink
- Allergen information is available on request. Please let us know about any dietary requirements before ordering.
- Some dishes are limited batch or pre-order only — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
- Alcohol is served strictly to over 18s only. We operate a Challenge 25 policy.
5. Payments & Refunds
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- Deposits and tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by us.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.
6. Conduct & Safety
- Respect our staff, other guests, and the venue. Rude or aggressive behaviour won’t be tolerated.
- For everyone’s safety, CCTV operates throughout the premises.
- Please drink responsibly — we want you to remember your night for the right reasons.
